MANAGING PARTNER
Willie is the Managing Partner of Lennox. He is responsible for portfolio strategy and leads the design of each Fund property. Prior to Lennox, Willie co-founded Property Vision in 1983 and subsequently oversaw the sale of the business to HSBC Private Bank in 2001. He sat on the Board of the UK Private Bank from 2001 till 2011, initially in an executive capacity and then subsequently as a non-executive, having co-founded Lennox in 2007. He also sits on the Property Committee of Ilchester Estates.
Giles Watson
Finance Partner
Giles is the Finance Partner of Lennox. Giles is responsible for financial reporting, debt financing, taxation and compliance for Lennox’s funds. Giles has over twenty years’ experience within real estate, including senior finance roles at AXA Real Estate Investment Managers and CBRE Investors. Giles is a chartered accountant by background, and began his career at Deloitte.
